I Get A A Bad Pain On My Right Side

I get a a bad pain on my right side of my leg between my thigh area rite wear my panty line would go I cannot move or turn I have to lay still so I don't get worse,until I fall asleep after a hour or so, only at night but the next day my leg is so sore it hurts to walk.
