I Get A Cold Head On Right Hand Side Also

I get a cold head on right hand side also get slope mouth, unbalance and pain. Ihave had a M.R.I scan and stroke has been ruled out, I have been told its migraine but am not to sure as my head is constant sore. What do think can be the cause of this ?
