I Get A Feeling Like A Draft Of Cold Air

I get a feeling like a draft of cold air around my right ankle,it's the only place that I feel this.It is not constant but random. people sitting near me feel nothing, my wife says it may be a sympton of something. I have focal dystonia of the left leg which affects my gait, but I do not have this feeling on the left ankle.Thank you Dave
