I Get A Sharp Burning Pain In My Lower Back

I get a sharp burning pain in my lower back on the left side sometimes that only happens about 3-4 times a day and lasts for maybe a couple seconds. It covers an area about the size of my hand. I had my husband look back there and he said there is no rash or redness. Should I be worried?
