I Get A Thumping In My Chest I Don't Think

I get a thumping in my chest I don't think it's my heart but it feel like it comes from the centre of my ribs and up my throat. I'm getting this a few years now and my doctor thinks it might be panic attacks but I'm not stressed in any way if anything I've never been happier
