I Get A Tingle From My Forearm To Fingers When

I get a tingle from my forearm to fingers when I exhale. It's been for a few weeks now no new med started at the time this started no new exercise or anything else new. Only when I feel the need to take that extra long inhale all the way to the bottom of my lungs do I get the snap tingle to my fingers when I exhale
