I Get A Tingling Down My Right Leg - It's

I get a tingling down my right leg - it's like the feeling of cold water dripping down my thigh. I actually think that water accidentally leaked out from somewhere and that my clothing must be wet - that's how real a sensation it is to me. I can't imagine why this is happening. It started about three weeks ago. Thank you for your feedback.
