I Get A Warm Sensation Like Water In My Right

I get a warm sensation like water in my right inner ear only, I have no pain, just very annoying. this has been going on for about 6 months, had my ears checked, no water or pressure in the ear, still puzzled what is causing this sensation, sometimes it feels like something crawling inside me ear.
