I Get A Yeast Infection Every Time That I Have

I get a yeast infection every time that I have sex with a new boyfriend. I had sex last Saturday and I feel I may start developing a yeast infection, it is burning me a little bit but not itching me. But I know the symptoms from the past. Anyway, I am planning to put the Monistat 1 (ovule) tonight.
Can I have sex this coming Friday night? Or I will irritate my partner?
