I Get Abscesses Filled With Pus And My Vaginal Area

I get abscesses filled with pus and my vaginal area I just want to know how to get rid of them and had to keep them away they sometimes occur after I shave but they do reoccur even when I haven't shaved so how do I get rid of them or is there an ointment i can use
