I Get An Ache In My Stomach As If I

I get an ache in my stomach as if I need to poo. I go to the toilet and have a poo, when I feel I have no more I finish up in the normal manner. A short time later I get the same ache, go again. Another 10 to 30 minutes later I go through the process again. Soon later, same ache, same result. This has gone on for two days. My stool movement is not loose or hard, fairly normal but the quantity is not as much as "normal.
