I Get An Air-pocket Feeling In My Right Shoulder, More

I get an air-pocket feeling in my right shoulder, more specifically the top of my shoulder, and causes discomfort from anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. This ONLY occurs after I've had at least one alcoholic drink. Any reasons as to why?
