I Get Dizzy When I Move And My Heart Rate

I get dizzy when I move and my heart rate goes to 120 and much higher sometimes when I stand or walk. I get very short of breath during any activity and can feel my heart brating. I have pains in my neck and ears. My blood pressure remains normal during all this though. Could you please help me figure out what is going on. I went to the doctor and they said it is an inner ear problem but have not done any type of tests and this has been persisting for over a month.
