I Get Fungal Infection Frequently On Fore Head Glans Only

I get fungal infection frequently on fore head glans only since last 8 years and using Candid B. On applying that cream for a week and taking Forcan 150 1 each for 3 days as adviced by my physician, it disappears for a 2 week and again comes back. Can you please advice?
