I Get Heavy Achy Legs ,really Sore In The Back

I get heavy achy legs ,really sore in the back of my right foot especially my foot when I first get up from sitting. Toes are sore and stiff , which is probably The arthritis. Ihave had a lamonectomy, and a spinal fusion.i am 65 . I still work as a hairdresser.
