I Get Horrific Attacks That Come On Suddenly. Sharp Knock

I get horrific attacks that come on suddenly. Sharp knock me off my feet pain in my upper gi, low chest midline. Then it differs on hoe long it lasts. I also had pain go up my right side of neck, then severe pain in both temples. Its so bad, I feel death on my door. Please help me.jel
