I Get Light Head Or Dizzy When I Mov My

I get light head or dizzy when i mov my head quickly or just turn around when looking to back up in the car . It goes right away. also sometimes when turn sounds like rocks or gravel in plastic bottle but not loud andn does not last but half a second. any idea what this could be?
