I Get Light Headed, After Lowering My Head, Or Any

I get light headed, after lowering my head, or any activity of five minuets lifting or pulling weeds. Sometimes just sitting still.
Also my left hand falls asleep when laying in bed. Blood pressure jumps up with second readings. I have scheduled blood work for this Friday and see my Dr. April 20th.
