I Get Little Red Sores That Itch.. On My Legs

I get little red sores that itch.. on my legs and arms, some times one on my stomack the leave roundish brown ...scars. I have been told it is something I am allergic to but in 2 states 4 house and the last 6 years I still get them could it be cancer...or soothing worse I look like a map of the craters on the moon...LOL.
