I Get Occasional Esophagus Blockage Usually When I Eat Chicken

I get occasional esophagus blockage usually when I eat chicken and perhaps don't chew it up properly. This does not happen real often, maybe once or twice in a month. Tonite I had pork tenderloin for dinner, again probably not chewed enough and also had nothing to drink with dinner. probably to lazy to get up and get some juice or Arnold Palmer. Near the end i developed a blockage. When this happens I usually wait, relax, and wait for it to go into my stomach. I am looking for a good burp. This time however, it has been a couple of hours with no relief. I have developed lots of saliva which involves spitting into kleenex or a bucket. I tried some warm water but it went down and up like a basketball. I have regurgitated some cake that I had at the very end but no pork. With all the saliva that I have been spitting up and with no water reaching my stomach, could I dehydrate myself. Thank you for taking the time to answer this long query.
