I Get Pain In My Right Side Just About The

I get pain in my right side just about the bottom of my rib cage. It seems to be the worst after I eat and even more so when get ready for bed and lay down. It starts in the front and goes around the right toward my back. I had an ultrasound and they didn't find anything.
