I Get Periodic Headaches About Once A Month. They Are

I get periodic headaches about once a month. They are typically located over my right eye. I also have discomfort on the right side of the back of my neck. Exercise provides relief but does not completely cure the headache; that requires going to bed for two to thee hours at a minimum and 800 mg of ibuprofen. Should I be concerned?
