I Get Pins And Needles And Burning Sensation In My

I get pins and needles and burning sensation in my hands when I get cold. Especially if I am showering in cold water (I live in the Caribbean and a lot of places just don't have hot water due to the warm temperature). I have gotten a full physical, blood tests and 3 different cancer screening and everything came back negative, except I came up positive for rheumatoid factor... and I have no vitamin deficiencies. Do you know what could be causing these symptoms?
