I Get Random Hot Spots On My Scalp 20+ Times

I get random hot spots on my scalp 20+ times a day that hurt and make me nauseus also I get confused and I am forgetful, I make mistakes at work all the time now. I have had hives every day for months. I am sensitive to sound, tasted, light and these cause me to get sick with the hot spots also. Emotions also make spark my symptoms.
