I Get Really Bad Pins And Needle Feelings In My

I get really bad pins and needle feelings in my lower back chest shoulders and arms when I cough or sneeze. It actually feels like blood vessels could be exploding but I don't see surface damage. Is this dangerous and are there any lasting side effects. I am type 2 diabetic with a bad cold that makes me cough and sneeze hard. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
