I get severe migraine when I'm exposed to sunlight for a certain period of time or just look at something bright (like TV or laptop screens). Unfortunately, this becomes like a daily routine in summers. My eyes hurt and I try to cover my head with a cloth and try to sit in a darkened room. Usually, I take Panadol for the pain but other times I just try to sleep it off, if possible.
I would like to know, is there a way to prevent this (so I dont get my head blasted every other day), and is there a need to get it checked clinically. Or if it can be treated through a change in routine and environment. Your feedback will be helpful.
Thank you in advance.
