I Get Severe Nauseated When I Have A Bowel Movement.

I get severe nauseated when I have a bowel movement. I am weak and disorientated for several minutes, so I have to lay down. I barely have an appetite and when I do get hungry I am feeling nauseated again. Also, I think you should know that I have been trying to lose weight (340) HBP but not diabetic.
