I Get Severe Pain In My Chest When Eating Not

I get severe pain in my chest when eating not all the time. It is severe at the time and radiates into my back . I feel as if there is a blt tighening my back and then the pain radiates down to my waist. It leaves me weak with tummy cramps and nausea
