I Get Sick To My Stomach Before Pooing And Often

I get sick to my stomach before pooing and often i have light pink on the poo. I also get little pink clots mixed with what looks like mucus in the toilet bowl and on the paper. Some days I go as many as 7 times but on average I have 4 movements a morning.
