I Get Skin Bubbles On Different Parts Of My Body.

I get skin bubbles on different parts of my body. From out of no where they show up as little balloons filled with air. They don't hurt but by accident I may scratch them and the bubble bursts showing a clear liquid. From there when it starts to heal a crusted skin comes about before it returns to normal.
