I Get Sore All Over My Body, Particularly My Arms

I get sore all over my body, particularly my arms and legs. The sore first appears as a closed red sore that eventually gets more sore until when opened- a hard seed-like center comes out. They can be dark or white, and come to a point on one end. I do have factor V Leiden and Type Ii Diabetes. Once the hard center comes out, there is immediate relief. Scars are left. No one can tell me the cause. Help, please. I have a collection of the "sesame seeds".
