I Get Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea Pretty Soon After Eating,

I get stomach cramps and diarrhea pretty soon after eating, and at other times as well. I take a lot of medication. This has been going one for a while. Just before I eat I feel nauseated then when I eat I feel better but then the cramps and loose bowels appear. ???
