I Get Stomach Pain In The Lower Enter Part Of

I get stomach pain in the lower enter part of my stomach after I drink any type of brevrage of milk and this pain get severe at night time when I'm trying to sleep I get cold chills ,fever , neausea , trouble thinking and the pain in the stomach lasts for weeks and in the same area I feel very gasy
