I Get These Cramps Or Sharp Pains Just Under My

I get these cramps or sharp pains just under my right rib cage when in certain positions. Sometimes, I get a really sharp cramp in which a section of my right abdomen can be touched and realized it has contracted and become very solid/like a rock feeling. This generally occurs few inches below the rib cage if in certain bending over positions, stretching positions, etc.
