I Get These Patchy Goosebumps On One Leg Or One

I get these patchy goosebumps on one leg or one arm. They last for about 3 to 5 minutes then go away but they come back 15 minutes later. This has been happening for as long as I could remember. I will have them for a couple hours and then they are gone from anywhere from 1 or 2 days to weeks. I'm 43 and don't have any real kind of current health issues
