I Get Very Bad Pain In One Foot If I

I get very bad pain in one foot if I lace my shoe too tight. it seems the pain comes from my small and the next two toes. if I take my shoe off it goes away after a little while. it can happen driving, sitting or walking. may have something to do with the width of the shoes. ???
