I Get Very Constipated, Extreme Stomach Cramping Which Causes Me

I get very constipated, extreme stomach cramping which causes me to get dry heaves. My body gets very hot, my hands feel like they are on fire. My eyes turn red. My throat feels like it swells. I finally go a little then the dam breaks loose. After a few more bowel movements it goes away. Is there anything you can explain as to what happens.
