I Getting Mild Swelling In My Ankles Without Pain After

I getting mild swelling in my ankles without pain after my work. I checked with my doctor and found all my test results were good except mild increase ESR (30 mm) and CRP (55) my doctor said it is ok and not to worry. should i do any further investigation please help
