I Give Lovenox Shots In The Home. My Child Doesn't

I give lovenox shots in the home. my child doesn't like them and in went into the skin and bubbled up instead of into the subq tissue. Do I need to worry? Will this hurt his skin tissue and also will the medicine be ineffective. The shot is given once daily. thank you.
