I Go To A Pain Clinic AnD Was Getting Dilaudid

I go to a pain clinic anD was getting dilaudid foUr milligrams every 8 hoUrs. the last time I went there my doctor Took me of my pain meds because he said I have allot of infomation and he said that the pain meds wouldn't help that right now well I have been in severe pain and my pain has gotten a lot worse I thought that I had an a kidney infection or kidney stones I went to the ER and they told me that I was going through withdrawals because they cut me off my pain meds and that I needed to go back on my pain meds and I don't know how to go about talking to the doctor to explain to him that I'm in extreme pain and then I really need to be back on my pain meds
