I Go To The Bathroom After I Eat. I Have

I go to the bathroom after I eat. I have no discomfort and not diahrea but soft stool. I do not get pain in stomach only a rumble and after I go am fine. I have had major back surgery 7 years ago and take celebrex and blood pressure pills and have been taking them for years, this is just been happening for about a month.
