I Gone Through A Slip Disc Operation One And Half

I gone through a slip disc operation one and half year back, I was fine with little bit of pain during this period. however few days back I played table tennis & done little bit of water sports. Now I am feeling pain in my lower back & while changing position I feel immense pain. I am taking Aerozol TH4 tablet. Can you suggest what should I do
