I Gone Through The MRI Brain With Contrast Due To

I gone through the MRI brain with contrast due to very frequent headache and the results shows polypoidal mucusol thickening in right maxillary sinus and mild mucosal thickening at right frontal and bilateral ethmoidal sinuses. Can u please tell me what does it mean and what treatments should I start?
