I good friend of mine is on a visit to India. I heard that he contracted Dengue fever, While sickened by the fever, apparently he fell down in the restroom and fractured the 4th vertebra. While removing the bone chip, he had to undergo a second surgery. Weakened by the fever, doctors were unable to give pain medication. He is in a hospital in Secunderabad, India.
