I Got 4 Wisdom Teeth Extracted And It Is Now

I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted and it is now day 5 since the surgery and feel fine. I was wondering if it is safe to masturbate. I took Advil the first 3 days and have not had any pain whatsoever. I have minimal swelling and only had very little bleeding immediately after the surgery. I have a light painless throbbing sensation when I rest my head on 2 elevated pillows though.
