I Got IUD Out On November 28th And On December

I got IUD out on November 28th and on December 9th I had a morning of cramps which I thought my Period was coming, it ended up not coming and all weekend I had white discharge. I've taken plenty of tests they are all negative and tonight I'm having brown and light pink discharge
