I Got ULTRASOUND Test Done And It Showed That There

I got ULTRASOUND test done and it showed that there are multiple small calculi in gall bladder (however, no measurement was given but Doctor confirmed that i have stone in gall bladder. Apart from that, main purpose for getting the test done is the pain in stomach in right side. Report also mentioned pain is due to swelling in right kidney and doctor suggested me two further test-DTPA and IVP..

Pls advise if I should go for the tests blindly or should i consult any other doctor once?

Also, i would like to know why did doctor only focussed on kidney swelling issue and not on gall bladder stones. Is it not a serious problem?
