I Got A Paragard IUD Inserted Two Days Ago While

I got a Paragard IUD inserted two days ago while I was on my period. I was on my third day and they usually last six days. I was expecting to bleed an excessive amount but literally haven't bled a single drop since getting it inserted. Is that normal or should I call my doctor?
