I Got A TB Skin Test Friday. That Very Day

I got a TB skin test Friday. That very day I picked up my daughters car seat with her in it on that spot. It bruised on the inside and now there's a bump. My daughter got checked too and she's with me every day but she doesn't have anything. Please help me understand and what a TV positive test is suppose to look like.
