I Got A Bad Toothache & Have Been Taking Goodys

I got a bad toothache & have been taking Goodys every 3-4 hrs for the past 2 days & night. Now i am having ringing in my ears & i am very irritable. Do i need to go to hospital ER ? My tooth is still hurting & i need to know what else would be best to take for it. I have a refill for 800mg Ibuprofen but im not sure i should take those bc of it being NSAID?? Please help me on what to do & take.... Thanks so much!!
